Our story
From lived frustration to a practical academy.
CQC Queen Academy grew out of years of watching capable, caring people struggle with the registration process, not because their services were weak, but because the process is opaque. Applications rejected for missing evidence. Interview invitations with no preparation guidance. Policies bought off the shelf that fall apart under scrutiny.
So we built the resource we wished existed: an organised academy of templates, guides and expert support, arranged around the four real stages of the journey: starting a service, completing registration, preparing for interviews and staying inspection-ready.
