Our contact address is Suite 485, 16 City Business Centre, Hyde Street, Winchester, England, SO23 7TA. You can reach us at hello@cqcqueenacademy.co.uk or 0330 043 8445.
2. Independence from the Care Quality Commission
CQC Queen Academy is fully independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of the Care Quality Commission (CQC). References to CQC describe the regulator whose processes our educational materials help you prepare for.
3. Educational purpose, no guaranteed outcomes
All products and services are provided for educational and business support purposes only. They do not constitute legal or regulatory advice and do not guarantee CQC registration, approval, inspection outcomes or ratings. You remain responsible for ensuring your application, policies, evidence and regulated activities meet current CQC requirements, and for checking official CQC sources before relying on any material.
4. Digital products
Digital products are supplied as instant downloads in editable formats. Licences are for use within your own organisation; you may tailor documents for your own service but may not resell, redistribute or republish them.
5. Services
Reviews, mock interviews and support packages are delivered virtually. Scope, timescales and price are confirmed in writing before booking. Feedback provided reflects professional opinion on preparation quality and is not a prediction of any regulatory decision.
6. Payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Payment is due at the point of purchase for digital products and at booking for services unless agreed otherwise in writing.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability in connection with any product or service is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for regulatory decisions, application outcomes or losses arising from reliance on educational materials without appropriate tailoring.
8. Consumer rights
These terms do not affect your statutory rights. See our Refund Policy for how cancellation rights apply to instant-download digital products.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
