Digital Product & Refund Policy

1. Digital downloads

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel online purchases. For instant-download digital products, you expressly consent at checkout to immediate supply and acknowledge that the right to cancel is lost once the download begins.

If you have purchased a digital product and not yet downloaded it, contact us within 14 days for a full refund.

2. Faulty or misdescribed products

If a file is corrupted, incomplete or materially different from its description, contact hello@cqcqueenacademy.co.uk within 30 days. We will repair, replace or refund the product.

3. Services

Booked services (reviews, mock interviews, support packages) may be cancelled with a full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled session or before document review work begins, whichever is earlier. Within 48 hours, we will offer to reschedule once free of charge.

4. How to request a refund

Email hello@cqcqueenacademy.co.uk with your order details. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of agreement.
