Our commitment

We want every care provider to be able to use this website, whatever technology they use. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 level AA.

What we’ve done

• One clear heading structure per page, with a skip-to-content link
• Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images
• Colour contrast checked against WCAG AA on text and controls
• Full keyboard operability for navigation, filters, forms and the basket
• Reduced-motion support for users who prefer it

Known limitations

Some downloadable Word documents may not yet be fully optimised for screen readers. If you need a document in a different format, contact us and we will help.
