What this package covers

This is full, hands-on support from the CQC Queen Academy consultancy team. Rather than working through it alone, you get expert guidance at every stage, from understanding your registration requirements through to having your policies, documents and governance framework ready to present to commissioners or to submit with your CQC application.

• A review of your business model, service type and regulated activities to ensure your CQC registration is structured correctly
• Support to complete your Statement of Purpose and application documentation
• A tailored policy suite for your supported living service, covering all mandatory policy areas including safeguarding, medication, positive behaviour support, MCA/DoLS, lone working, complaints and quality assurance
• A governance and quality assurance framework built for your service
• REACH standards and REAL Tenancy Test review, checking your service model and tenancy arrangements are aligned with CQC expectations
• Tender and commissioning readiness review, positioning your service to compete for local authority and ICB placements
• Email support between consultations for questions and document review

Who this is for

This package is for providers who want to get it right and get it done, without spending months working through it alone. It is suitable for new providers setting up from scratch, existing care businesses expanding into supported living, and providers who have received feedback from CQC or a commissioner and need to strengthen their offer.

Format and delivery

Virtual service. Consultations are delivered via video call. Policies and documents are provided in editable format. This is a service, not a downloadable product.
